Welcome to Parq Casino Playbook. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parq Casino Playbook mobile application ("App") provided by Parq Casino Development B.V. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Parq Casino Playbook App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or related systems
• Use any automated system or software to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Parq Casino Development B.V., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or transmit any content through the App (such as progress data, feedback, or communications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving the App.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Important Notice: The content provided in this App is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as:

• Gambling advice or encouragement to gamble
• A guarantee of success or winning in casino games

10. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PARQ CASINO DEVELOPMENT B.V., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parq Casino Development B.V. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

14. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be instituted in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Parq Casino Development B.V. regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

The following terms apply to your use of the App obtained from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Parq Casino Development B.V., not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any)
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce these Terms against you
